Lead Paint Testing in Oakwood, Staten Island
Oakwood sits on Staten Island’s East Shore toward Oakwood Beach and the streets inland of Father Capodanno. Bungalow-era and later 1–2 family houses sit on the same blocks. Age, flood work, and rental use are separate facts. HPD’s XRF rule follows the rental, not the beach.
