Privacy notice
Najjar Property Solutions LLC (17 Carol Court, Staten Island, NY 10309) uses this site to take inspection requests and to deliver private report packages. This is a short notice, not a claim that we are a consumer app or a data broker.
Contact form
The request form collects your name, email, optional phone, building address, and notes. We use that to schedule an XRF inspection or dust-wipe clearance and to follow up. Staff see the request in the office system. We do not sell those submissions.
Job and package links
After a job, you receive a private /r/ link (a long token). Anyone with the link can see the invoice amount and, after payment, the PDFs. Do not post that URL. Staff also keep the job file (address, readings, layouts, invoices) to produce the report you hired us for.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a Checkout session was paid. We do not store your full card number on this site.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Request and job records are stored so we can run the inspection business. Server logs may include IP addresses used to reach the site.
