Yes if you are covered and have not completed the investigation. HPD set that date for XRF testing of rental units and common areas at 0.5 mg/cm². Owners who have not finished still need the testing and the records. HPD’s FAQ says failure to complete testing may result in a Class C violation and civil penalties of $1,500 per unit or common area — HPD’s figure, not a quote from this firm.

No. XRF Essential is the compliance test. Optional same-visit Matterport 360 is booked through Get 360 Record (get360record.com) so landlords can memorialize the paint and re-enter the unit virtually later. XRF + 360 Ultimate on this site is that same-visit bundle. It is not a Local Law 31 requirement. Same-visit travel ($75.00) is waived only when lead XRF and apartment 360 are the same visit. A 360 that is not bundled with lead XRF does not add a travel fee on this site. Standalone 360 is quoted on get360record.com.

Common-area XRF is $100.00 at an address, half off at 2 apartments there, and waived at 3 or more there. Apartment 360 is $249.00 at ≤900 sf and $299.00 over 900 sf (the $50.00 adder), up to 2,000 sf. Over 2,000 sq ft is a custom 360 quote. Common-area 360 is $100.00, or $0 when another apartment 360 is already on the order — that line has no travel add-on. Same-visit travel $75.00 is waived on XRF + 360 Ultimate. Price standard units online and pay before we schedule. Mixed buildings or a large custom job can still call (347) 899-5597. The report is typically within 24 hours after the visit — not a guaranteed SLA.
